About The Position

Your Role To provide a meaningful and holistic internship within our Raw Materials team. This intern's focus will be in color and will help support color manager in all color related day to day functions. While working in a best-in-industry color library. Learn both technical and creative aspects of color. Responsible for assisting in maintaining and working on projects to move enterprise color library forward. Learn about and help to develop heathers for designs seasonal palettes supporting both brands. Learn about color risk mitigation, dyeing/dyestuffs. Update color data as necessary in software programs. Learn about technical color industry, software, hardware used. Learn how to measure in color, and review color lab dips digitally. Learn how to formally communicate with our regional partners in Vietnam, HK, and Sri Lanka as related to color and heathers. Develop strong relationships with fellow associates across all levels/departments of the business.

Requirements

  • Passionate about color.
  • Possess a curious mindset be flexible.
  • Be able to strike a balance between the creative and technical in color.
  • Be a mature, confident, positive, and enthusiastic individual.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Driven, self-starter personality who is eager and passionate to work in fashion within VS&Co
  • Extremely organized and professional. Must be able to work efficiently on tasks and have the same can-do attitude as the rest of the team
