About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Collision Technician with 3-5 years experience to join our growing team! The right candidate will have past dealership experience and a strong background in collision centers. The day-to-day duties of this role include keeping your area and the shop clean, disassembling damaged cars and reassembling with new parts, and documenting all repairs performed. Requirements

  • 3-5 year experience as a collision tech
  • Past collision center experience is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Ford Certified preferred
  • Previous experience in a Ford dealership is a plus
  • ASE Certification is a plus
  • Past dealership experience is a plus
  • Completion of vocational program preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Determine and repair damaged parts
  • Communicate status of repairs clearly to body shop manager
  • Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts
  • Document all repairs performed
  • Document all materials used
  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
  • Follow all company safety procedures
  • Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste
