Requirements

Accuracy and proficiency with numbers.
Enjoy meeting people and providing excellent Guest service.
Desire to achieve Consumer Satisfaction scoring at or above company required levels.
Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.

Nice To Haves

Automotive Experience Preferred
Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Train to become an Experienced Collision Estimator.
General administrative and Guest service tasks.
Answer phone calls.
Greet Guests.
Check-in damaged vehicles to be repaired.
Communicate with Guest and update them on vehicle repair status.
Assist Estimators with administrative paperwork.
Balance vehicle repair orders.
