What are the daily job responsibilities? Determining repair needs based on dealer/customer information, vehicle walk-around, inspections and gaining a signed approval for repairs. Paintless Dent Removal such as creases, dings, high spots, low spots, hail damage Glass Chip repair Logging a list of jobs and or creating an invoice for the store the repairs are for and to communicate those to the collision center to ensure all are reconciled. Communicate and work with store managers Operating all equipment in the Collision Center or dealerships in a safe and productive manner, following AutoNation’s Safety Standards for the use of personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection) while performing the repairs or in the shop. Understanding and following federal, state, and local regulations that affect Collision Center operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA guidelines, etc Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customer, co-workers and suppliers. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards. What are the requirements for this job? Work in a fast-paced environment with various work schedules / days / hours of operations. At least two years’ experience as a PDR Technician in an automotive dealership preferred. Able to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
