About The Position

Lancaster County Motors is a family-owned automotive group with a long-standing reputation for excellence and integrity. We proudly represent a family of well-known dealerships, including LCM Subaru, Lancaster Hyundai, Lancaster Kia, Providence Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram, Mercedes-Benz of Lancaster, and the Mercedes-Benz of Lancaster Van Center. This position will be based at both our Used Car Facility and Reconditioning Center. A fast-paced, team-driven environment where we prepare trade-ins and auction-acquired vehicles for resale at our dealerships or for wholesale at auction. We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician to join our team and help restore vehicles to like-new condition without traditional bodywork or paint.

Requirements

1–2 years of hands-on experience in PDR or automotive body repair
High attention to detail and strong manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume environment
Familiarity with different vehicle types and materials
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Certification or formal PDR training is a plus

Responsibilities

Assess vehicle dents and determine the best PDR technique to restore the surface
Use specialized PDR tools to remove dings and minor dents without the need for painting
Maintain a high standard of cosmetic repair across a variety of makes and models
Collaborate with detailers, mechanics, and service advisors to meet reconditioning goals
Accurately document completed work and report any damage outside PDR scope
Maintain tools and a clean, organized work environment
