Requirements
- An experienced Collision Estimator with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator who builds trust with customers and partners
- A team player who takes pride in excellence and accountability
- 1-3 years prior experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser
- Prior damage analysis experience related to hybrid vehicles, restraint systems, electrical systems, and identifying hail, theft and/or vandalism damage
- Proficiency using Mitchell or CCC-1 estimating software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- High school diploma required
- Must be able to work the following days and hours: Monday – Friday (7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

Responsibilities
- Create accurate, comprehensive repair estimates by examining and analyzing vehicle damage
- Clearly educate customers on the repair process, insurance claims, timelines, and expectations
- Follow the ABRA playbook to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, dealerships, fleet partners, and internal production teams
- Provide timely repair status updates—because communication and trust matter
- Ensure every repair meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship
