About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY: Collision Center Receptionist will be primarily responsible for all incoming phone calls to Ressler Motors Collision Center and distributing the call to the appropriate departments and individuals while maintaining the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming Collision Center phone calls on a multi-line phone system and direct calls to correct individuals and departments.
- Take messages and distribute if an individual is not available for a call.
- Professionally greet all customers upon arrival and give directions to various departments to all guests and customers.
- Open and close work orders, flagging technicians’ hours ensuring all flag sheets and time cards are given to the Payroll Office on the last day of each pay period and assist management with payroll as needed.
- Maintain insurance files and relationships with insurance companies.
