About The Position

Trophy Nissan is seeking an experienced Collision Center Estimator to join our high-volume Collision Center in Mesquite, Texas, serving the greater Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role plays a critical part in customer satisfaction, repair accuracy, cycle time, and overall collision center performance. Spanish bilingual ability is preferred and is a strong advantage when working with our diverse customer base. Our Collision Center is backed by a well-established dealership with consistent repair volume, strong insurance relationships, and experienced leadership. We focus on accurate estimating, efficient repair flow, and delivering a professional, transparent customer experience. As a Collision Center Estimator, you will be responsible for writing accurate repair estimates, communicating with customers and insurance partners, and managing repair orders from intake through delivery. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Collision Center Estimator / Auto Body Estimator required
  • Experience with estimating platforms such as CCC, Mitchell, or similar
  • Strong understanding of collision repair processes
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple repair orders efficiently
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish bilingual preferred (spoken fluency a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Write accurate and complete collision repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software
  • Perform vehicle damage assessments and photo documentation
  • Communicate repair processes, timelines, and expectations clearly to customers
  • Work directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate and supplement repair estimates
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure repair accuracy
  • Manage repair orders from intake through completion
  • Maintain cycle time, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and safety requirements
