About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Collision Center Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate understands blueprinting, accurate estimating, and insurer communication , and can manage repair files from intake through delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years collision estimating experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with at least one estimating platform (CCC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of repair vs replace, blends, and non-included operations
- Experience working with insurance companies and/or DRPs
- Ability to manage multiple repair files efficiently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Write accurate collision repair estimates using CCC ONE / Mitchell
- Perform complete vehicle blueprints after tear down
- Identify and document hidden damage
- Submit and negotiate supplements
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and customers
- Research and follow OEM repair procedures
- Document pre- and post-repair scans and ADAS requirements
- Maintain repair file accuracy to support cycle time and quality
