About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Collision Center Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong background in estimating and collision repair processes but will also play an active role in building relationships within the community, engaging with local businesses, the Chamber of Commerce, and dealership service drives to drive business growth and strengthen our reputation for excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a collision estimator or related role.
  • Strong understanding of collision repair processes, insurance estimating, and claim procedures.
  • Experience with CCC One or similar estimating platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and in community-facing settings.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers throughout the repair process with professionalism and empathy.
  • Prepare accurate and thorough repair estimates using approved estimating systems and software (CCC One, Audatex, etc.).
  • Communicate repair plans clearly to customers, insurance partners, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate repair authorizations, supplements, and updates to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Represent the Collision Center at local Chamber of Commerce events, community gatherings, and business networking functions.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local small businesses to promote referral and fleet repair opportunities.
  • Act as a community ambassador, promoting the Collision Center's services and commitment to quality, safety, and integrity.
  • Engage proactively on dealership service drives to identify collision repair opportunities and strengthen interdepartmental relationships.
  • Work closely with the Body Shop Manager, Technicians, and Service Advisors to ensure accurate documentation, efficient workflow, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in company training sessions and initiatives to align with company standards and customer experience goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle construction, OEM repair procedures, and industry standards.
  • Review and interpret repair blueprints, manufacturer guidelines, and insurance estimates.
  • Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards before vehicle delivery.
