The College Success and Engagement Coordinator is a student-centered role which plays a key role in supporting student success at Wentworth Institute of Technology, with an emphasis on first-generation, historically excluded, and Boston pipeline students. This position fosters a sense of belonging, engagement, and connection to help students thrive academically and personally. This position focuses on the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of programming for all students at Wenworth, including those from outside the Boston area. Reporting to the Director for Culture and Community within the Division of Inclusive Excellence, the Coordinator will lead and support programming that ensures that enrolled students are effectively connected to campus resources, peer networks, and pathways for academic and personal growth. In collaboration with the Center for Culture and Community (CCC) leadership, the coordinator will also contribute to innovative strategies for outreach and engagement, to build strong recruitment pipelines and increase feelings of belonging across campus. In addition to direct program development, the role involves maintaining and enhancing partnerships that serve Boston-area students, while also assisting in the documentation, evaluation, and assessment of program effectiveness, student outcomes, and institutional partnerships. This position is grant funded.
