Under limited supervision, interprets and performs complex analysis of the IT performance environment. This role involves real-time monitoring, preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning equipment to ensure optimum operation and uptime. This is a shift work position and requires the ability to work any assigned shift in a 24/7/365 environment including weekends and holidays. Travel to different SRP sites to assist in all physical touch requests in DCO supported Data Centers and provide support to Infrastructure and Operations teams in the Data Centers is required.The student intern will work daily scheduled hours based on the department’s needs, with a minimum requirement of 15 hours and up to 40 hours per week maximum.
