About The Position

Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a College & Career Specialist
to join our Lee Collegiate High School team. This is a responsible, professional academic support position accountable for providing career and College support services for high school students.
The College and Career Specialist coordinates community contacts to facilitate career-related activities and scholarships for students. This is a 201-duty day on an annual contract position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. An appropriate combination of education and work experience may be substituted.
• Valid Florida teacher certification, equivalent, or eligibility to receive certification.
• Experience in or knowledge of federal, state, College, and department guidelines related to the job
• Ability to lead small and large presentations
