About The Position

As an integral part of a fast-paced, progressive Human Resource team, this highly visible position will primarily play a vital role in attracting and hiring talented students for internship and full-time positions within an organization. They serve as the primary liaison between the company and college campuses, building strong relationships with students, faculty, and career services offices to promote the organization and identify high-potential candidates. This position will also provide strategic staffing and sourcing strategies across the organization to assist in filling openings.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Campus Relationships
  • Alignment/formulation of job descriptions with Human Resources Consultants and Compensation
  • Full life-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, qualifying and closing-candidates
  • Promote Employer Brand
  • Manage Candidate Pipeline
  • Coordinate Interview Logistics
  • Accurate and timely reporting and analysis
  • Coordinate with OD team for Internship program
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with college career centers, faculty, student organizations, and university administration to enhance the organization's campus presence.
  • Organize and Attend Campus Recruitment Events
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and on-campus interviews to engage with students and promote job opportunities.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for alignment with company culture and job requirements.
  • Develop creative strategies to market the organization’s brand and job openings to college students through social media, campus advertising, and partnerships.
  • Track and manage candidate interactions and progress using applicant tracking systems or other recruitment tools.
  • Arrange and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Compile and analyze data on recruitment activities and outcomes; provide regular updates and recommendations to HR leadership.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding transition with OD for internship program.
  • Support TA and Sourcing team with overflow needs outside of college recruitment program.
