About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Campus Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire early-career talent from colleges and universities. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company on campus — building strong partnerships with students, faculty, and career centers while creating a standout candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Psychology, or related field)
  • Up to 1 year experience
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools preferred
  • Previous experience sourcing or recruiting candidates would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to engage and influence students and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time-management skills
  • Willingness to travel to campuses and events as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools preferred
  • Previous experience sourcing or recruiting candidates would be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, student organizations, and faculty
  • Promote employer brand through on-campus presence, social media, and virtual events
  • Attend and coordinate with the Head of Early Careers on campus events such as career fairs, info sessions, workshops, and networking events
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and meet timelines
  • Leverage current best practices for sourcing direct candidates to include LinkedIn, social media ,and job boards
  • Source and screen candidates for internships and early-career roles
  • Create pipelines of suitable candidates for open and upcoming opportunities
  • Manage the employee referral process for US applications
  • Manage the end-to-end campus recruiting lifecycle, from outreach to offer acceptance, to include drafting offer letters
  • Track recruiting metrics and collate information to provide insights to improve campus hiring outcomes
  • Work with the wider TAQ team on global projects as required
