The College Bound Manager is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Director of College and Career Development. This role is responsible for leading a high-performing regional team and ensuring consistent, high-quality implementation of the College Bound Program. The Manager will work in partnership with a counterpart in the same role, with each Manager providing leadership for different geographic regions of the College Bound program. Together, they ensure alignment, consistency, and excellence across all sites while adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of their assigned communities. In addition to overseeing daily program delivery, the Manager sets the tone for team culture, accountability, and professional growth. By modeling effective leadership, providing coaching, and creating structures for performance excellence, the Manager ensures that students, families, schools, and community partners experience the full impact of the College Bound program. Success in this role will be reflected through student achievement, increased program participation, alumni engagement, and strong partnerships with families, schools, and community organizations. Commitment to Safety Contribute to environment of safety through the learning and implementation and monitoring of all safety-related best practices, policies, and procedures. Promote accountability to safety through consistent observation, adherence to all safety rules and practices and proactive communication among members, parents, peers, and leadership. Obtain and maintain Mandated Reporter training and complete annual Child Abuse Prevention training. Complete training and participate in all Emergency Preparedness protocols including drills and communication practices.
