PROGRAM COMMITMENT The College Associate Program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to deliver real-world learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of career-building momentum. Program Dates: May 27 – August 7, 2026 To ensure that all associates can fully benefit from the program’s training, mentorship, and project work, we kindly ask applicants to confirm their availability for the full length of the program . THE JOB We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Human Resources College Associate to join the Media & Sponsorship HR team across core HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions and the opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a BA or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
  • Collaborative and eager to learn multiple areas of HR
  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with recruiting activities: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and maintaining applicant tracking data.
  • Help manage and track HR data, reporting, and analytics to ensure data accuracy and insights.
  • Contribute to learning, training, and employee-experience programs (e.g., manager development, engagement surveys, recognition programs).
  • Participate in special projects that offer exposure to all HR disciplines — from compensation planning to organizational design.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of how HR drives business results across a large, matrixed organization.
