About The Position

This is a part-time role for a College Access Student Case Manager based on-site at TSA's Atlanta office, with the opportunity for occasional remote work once you're fully up to speed. You will fuel TSA's mission by working directly with students to create individualized college funding plans, providing case management support, and connecting them with scholarships, financial aid resources, and relevant college access opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 10-20 high school students by creating individualized 4-year funding plans, tracking FAFSA, scholarship, and admissions milestones, and providing one-on-one guidance.
  • Support students with scholarship searches, essay feedback, and financial aid navigation through TSA's Virtual Scholarship Center.
  • Facilitate FAFSA and scholarship workshops.
  • Maintain student case notes.
  • Engage families, schools, and partners through regular communication and events.
  • Participate in professional development, staying current on FAFSA changes, scholarship trends, and best practices.
