Position Overview: The College Access Manager is a key member of the Shared Services College Access Department, responsible for supporting the high-quality implementation of the College Academy and Continue to Dream (CTD) program models across all regions. Reporting to the Director of College Access, the Manager strengthens mentorship and after school engagement systems, supports curriculum implementation, builds belonging and SEL culture, and coaches Program Managers (PMs) and Mentors to achieve the department’s priority outcomes. The Manager also leads implementation support for pilot programs and has oversight of auxiliary programs.
