The Collections Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations of a designated collections team, ensuring productivity, quality, and performance goals are met or exceeded. This role serves as a working leader providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members while acting as a liaison between frontline staff and management. The ideal candidate has strong RCM expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative, solutions driven mindset.
