The Collections, Team Lead shall be responsible to supervise, investigate, and resolve all outstanding patient and/or insurance account balances over 30 days old. This individual will supervise the Collection Representatives, provide training as needed, and report on quality assurance, production, and attendance. The Team Lead will also act as a back up to other CBO Team Lead positions as directed by the Management Team. The Team Lead will use multiple computer systems and electronic payer systems on a daily basis. Additionally, the Team Lead is instrumental in facilitating process and procedure improvements. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
