Requirements

6 years of experience in collections, cash application, or customer invoicing.
3 years of supervisory experience leading high-performing teams.
Proven ability in developing workflows, policies, and process improvements.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

experience with NetSuite and Versapay is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the collections department, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures to improve collections processes.
Monitor collection activity and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
Set clear goals, evaluate performance, and support professional development of team members.
Lead and influence process improvement initiatives, including automation and ERP optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, customer service, and operations to improve cash flow and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports, track key metrics, and ensure monthly production targets are achieved.
Perform other related duties and special projects, as assigned.
