Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in collections, cash application, or customer invoicing.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability in developing workflows, policies, and process improvements.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

  • experience with NetSuite and Versapay is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of the collections department, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures to improve collections processes.
  • Monitor collection activity and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Set clear goals, evaluate performance, and support professional development of team members.
  • Lead and influence process improvement initiatives, including automation and ERP optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, customer service, and operations to improve cash flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports, track key metrics, and ensure monthly production targets are achieved.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects, as assigned.
