About The Position
The Collection Specialist serves as a liaison between the healthcare system, collection agency, and attorney offices for the collection of past due self-pay revenue for Centra. The collections specialist receives, responds, and addresses requests from the billing staff, collection agency staff, attorney offices, and patients in a timely manner.
