What You’ll Do: Contact members regarding delinquent accounts in a respectful, professional manner. Work collaboratively with members to identify solutions and repayment options that best fit their financial situations. Maintain accurate documentation of all communications and account activity. Support members through challenging times while protecting the credit union’s financial interests. Partner with internal teams to ensure a consistent, member-focused collections experience. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A compassionate approach to member interactions. Previous experience in collections, lending, or customer service preferred. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High school diploma
  • 2 - 4 Years work experience in Lending and Collections
  • Knowledge of bankruptcy law, federal and state regulations

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in collections, lending, or customer service preferred.
