Requirements
- Confident and professional phone demeanor with strong communication skills
- Comfortable navigating objections and having direct financial conversations
- Dependable, organized, and open to coaching
- Detail-focused with the ability to stay structured and on task
- Previous experience in call centers, collections, retention, or customer service preferred
