Requirements
- 1+ year collections/loss mitigation (3+ years preferred)
- FDCPA/FCRA/TCPA knowledge
- CRM tools (Google Workspace, Zendesk, Salesforce)
- skip‑tracing and loan calculation experience
Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners to resolve delinquency and discuss fees/credit impacts.
- Perform skip‑tracing and document all collections activity in platform.
- Establish payment arrangements (extensions, modifications, forbearances, repayment plans).
