This Collections Representative position is fully remote, offering the flexibility of working from home while collaborating with skilled team members to contribute to groundbreaking solutions. Lowe's Pro Supply, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lowe's Companies Inc, focuses on serving the multi-family property management industry with maintenance, repair, and operating supplies. The business is rapidly expanding and is seeking a Credit Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that an assigned portfolio of accounts makes all necessary payments. This includes monitoring payable statements, contacting customers regarding overdue payments, and documenting collected debts. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, working knowledge of credit/collections, and strong organizational skills.Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
