About The Position

We are hiring a Customer Service / Collections Representative to support Mercedes‑Benz Financial Services (MBFS).

Contract‑to‑hire opportunity with growth potential

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 1–2 years of customer service and/or collections experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Nice To Haves

• Automotive or financial services experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments on active and closed accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on expired or pending actions
• Provide excellent customer service while managing an assigned account queue
• Perform skip tracing and assign accounts for repossession when needed
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve escalations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Handle approx. 20 calls per day
