Job Description: At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Collections Representative is responsible for the daily collection process, which includes communications with customers at all levels of delinquency. Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Good customer service
Good Microsoft Office Suite skills
Strong negotiation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of collection software
This position is available onsite in Provo, UT.
A full time schedule of 40 hours, Monday through Friday during business hours is expected.
