Join a fast-paced call center production environment where you’ll use an auto-dialer to make outbound calls and receive inbound calls. Focus on early-stage collections (1–30 days past due)—this stage does not affect a member’s credit score. Goal: Help members resolve delinquency before moving to mid or late-stage collections. Expect 80–120+ calls per day. Emphasis on quality interactions, problem-solving, and working accounts effectively—not just high call volume. Nesting: Up to 4 weeks onsite for technical training and phone etiquette, followed by leadership-led skill development. Weekly reassessments—can exit nesting early based on performance.
