About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Collections Representative to support financial operations for a fast‑paced logistics organization. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working with complex customer accounts and cross‑functional teams. You will play a key role in resolving billing issues, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial documentation.

Requirements

Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Strong proficiency in email communication and professional correspondence
Experience with collections, invoicing, and account reconciliation
Solid administrative skills with strong attention to detail
Customer service mindset and ability to handle escalations professionally
Experience working in logistics or with logistics customers (highly preferred)
Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP/financial systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of medium to complex customer accounts, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances
Run, analyze, and format daily reports and queries using internal systems to track productivity and account status
Create and maintain spreadsheets with specialized reporting parameters, including account balance tracking
Act as a primary point of contact between assigned customers and internal departments to address invoicing or billing issues
Collaborate with billing and operations teams to identify invoice discrepancies and develop corrective action plans
Document all activities, communications, and resolutions within the financial system daily for management visibility
Support continuous process improvements around billing, collections, and financial reporting
