About The Position

QCHI is currently seeking qualified individuals for a COLLECTIONS position with GENEROUS BONUS POTENTIAL. !!!ASK ABOUT OUR $500 SIGN ON BONUS!!! Applicants must reside in the Kansas City metro area. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work remotely after successful completion of a 90 day onsite training period. This position will be based out of our corporate offices located at 8208 Melrose Drive Lenexa, KS 66214. Responsible for collecting on delinquent and defaulted loans. Ensure compliance with all company, local, state and federal policy, procedures and laws. Job duties include but are not limited to: Retain our customers by resolving their past due balance with a negotiated payment arrangement or refinance. Service inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve customer loan balances. Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position. Requires extensive product, system, process and site knowledge. Ability to work in a call center team, either remotely or on-site, and work cohesively and professionally with company peers and members of management is a must. Ability to meet goals and standards set by the management team. Continually look for ways to improve processes and procedures that will increase efficiency and/or minimize expense or loss exposure. Requirements

  • Minimum one year of collections experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional call center experience is a plus.
  • Some college preferred.
