Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in third-party collections or outbound sales ONLY.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and resolve customer concerns.
Capable of identifying solutions and making sound decisions.
Dependable, ethical, and detail-oriented in all tasks.
Only collectors with one or more years of experience will be eligible for the $350 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to consumers to resolve outstanding debts in a professional manner.
Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Document all interactions and account activities accurately in the system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Handle disputes or inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Follow all company and client guidelines to ensure legal and ethical collection practices.
