Collections Agent - Mid Balance

Altus is seeking a Remote Mid-Balance Collector as we continue to grow our team!
Requirements
- Prior Collections experience is a MUST
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
- Aptitude for technology
- Skilled in Negotiations
- Articulate communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Time management and interpersonal skills
- Remote position
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls
- Negotiate payment in full or secure a payment arrangement
- Create a sense of urgency on non-paying debtors
- Work closely with Client Support Representative to resolve disputes
- Meet/exceed monthly phone, activity & fee quota’s
