About The Position

Professional Credit is a leader in the accounts receivable management industry, dedicated to providing compassionate and effective financial solutions. We are seeking a Call Center Collections Supervisor in Training to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing collections team. This training program provides comprehensive exposure to all phases of collections, including the art of collections, compliance, legal processes, and departmental operations. During the program, one will build strong working relationships, develop technical proficiency across all verticals, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in collections, customer service, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Leadership potential with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with collections software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily collections operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support, mentor, and motivate collections representatives to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor and analyze collection metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle escalated customer interactions with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Participate in in-depth overview with all departments, including but not limited to Legal, CHD, Trust and Client Experience.
  • Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and training programs.
  • Participate in leadership training and development to transition into a supervisory role.
