What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) As our Collections Specialist, you will be the dedicated voice of our recovery efforts. You will work closely with our Accounts Receivable department and field divisions to ensure our financial health remains strong.

Responsibilities

Manage high-volume outreach via phone and email to resolve past-due accounts.
Maintain and strengthen customer relationships while successfully securing payments.
Post daily cash receipts (ACH, credit cards, and checks) through the Truist portal.
Partner with Sales Teams and Regional Financial Advisors to investigate billing discrepancies and find the right points of contact.
Act as the Credit and Collections expert by maintaining meticulous notes in NetSuite for executive leadership review.
