As a Collateral Process Default Specialist within PNC's Retail Bank Operations organization, you will be based remotely. The Sale Team is responsible for executing all pre sale and post sale foreclosure-related activities to ensure compliance with government, statutory, insurer, and investor requirements. This team performs detailed reviews of loan files prior to foreclosure sale, monitors sale outcomes, reports results to investors/insurers, ensures proper handling of sale proceeds, and facilitates seamless movement of files to Claims, REO, and downstream processes. The role requires exceptional accuracy, sound judgment, and strong communication skills, as each decision impacts financial, regulatory, and investor performance.
