About The Position

The Collateral Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s financial performance by strategically managing a portfolio of receivables and driving effective collections outcomes. This position requires strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and the ability to cultivate productive relationships with debtors, clients, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain full ownership of assigned collections portfolio.
• Build and sustain productive relationships with debtors to ensure timely and consistent payment of receivables.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and payment-related issues with accuracy and urgency.
• Address matters related to billing, payments, legal claims, and documentation requirements.
• Evaluate financial exposure within the portfolio and implement strategies to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to both clients and debtors.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by departmental or division leadership.
