Position Description: Participate with team members in the delivery of IT Collaborative Services to NBME. Provide technical and administrative support for Collaborative Services team, such as documentation and managing service ticket queues. Perform daily operational tasks for collaborative technologies such as SharePoint (Intranet), MS Teams, Uniflow (Canon enterprise follow me printing), Citrix (shared desktops), EMS Meeting Services (room scheduling) and Polycom phones. Work with NBME staff in resolving issues and fulfilling requests. Participate in defining and completing tasks in service improvement plans. Participate in troubleshooting issues, testing, and implementing changes to collaborative technologies. Provide research and assessment for new collaborative tools to benefit the NBME and external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven skills in detail-oriented activity, team environment, knowledge of basic computing/IT network concepts, examining and developing process/workflows
  • Good communication skills and ability to work directly with all levels of staff

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of computer technologies, such as Microsoft Office, scripting, or web development a plus
