Support the operation and maintenance of a large Exchange 2016 and Microsoft 365 environment for the MDA Conduct daily operation and maintenance activities as well as assist the determination of future needs and direction for collaboration services Interface with collaboration services customers and peers in other service areas to resolve issues and meet mission requirements Utilize strong troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of Exchange 2016, Teams, Exchange online and other Microsoft 365 applications and functions Other duties as assigned Primary duty hours are 0800-1600 M-F with periodic evening work to support system patching
