Requirements

Proven experience in cold food preparation and assembly, preferably in a high-volume or airline catering environment.
Strong knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature control.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage inventory and track product performance.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and consistency.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
