About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and confident Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on making outbound B2B calls to introduce our company, identify potential opportunities, and gather key information from businesses. The goal is to generate qualified leads, document valuable insights, and help expand our customer base.
Requirements
- Prior cold calling or telemarketing experience required (B2B preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and keeping conversations professional.
- Ability to record accurate notes in CRM software.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and comfortable with high-volume calls.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses to introduce our products and services.
- Gather company information, identify decision makers, and determine if they currently use our products.
- Record call details, notes, and insights accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow a provided script as a starting point while adapting conversations naturally.
- Conduct light research to expand lead lists as needed.
- Support customer service team only when coverage is needed (sick days).
