About the Role Farmer Brothers’ Revive™ Service & Restoration team maintains and installs commercial coffee brewing and beverage dispensing equipment for a defined customer base. This field role blends technical problem-solving with outstanding customer communication and meticulous documentation. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and remove specified coffee and beverage dispensing equipment across an assigned regional territory. Complete both scheduled and unscheduled service: emergency calls, preventive maintenance, surveys, and installations. Participate in an after-hours/weekend on-call rotation. Manage van stock, spare parts, and equipment; reorder within replenishment guidelines. Document each assignment thoroughly: call closure, work performed, accurate invoices, and obtaining required customer signatures. Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing installation projects. Communicate promptly and clearly; relay customer feedback and requests to management and cross-functional teams. Adhere to service level agreements and prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer commitments. Schedule & Travel Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm On-Call: Required, including weekends (rotation) Territory: Primarily within a 100-mile driving radius; regional travel may be required
