About The Position

As the Coffee Shop Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring top-quality service, delicious offerings, and an outstanding guest experience. You’ll help bring our quality standards to life while driving sales, motivating the team, and creating moments that wow our guests—one cup at a time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of guest service experience, preferably in food & beverage or hospitality
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and punctuality
  • Flexible schedule availability preferred (weekends and holidays are part of the fun!)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Commercial Manager to achieve department goals and drive strong performance across the food and beverage operation.
  • Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Train, coach, and support a high-performing team while ensuring consistent, friendly service at every guest touchpoint.
  • Use mystery shopper feedback and daily guest surveys to continuously enhance service and exceed expectations.
  • Help develop creative promotions, innovative guest experiences, and expanded product offerings to exceed revenue targets.
