About The Position

Just inside the entrance of the recently redesigned Ridge Hotel is an eclectic coffee bar that brews up Inspired Coffee blends, a welcoming atmosphere and widespread Wi-Fi by the cupful. Join the fun and fast-paced Food & Beverage team at Destination Geneva National's Ridge Hotel as a coffee bar attendant at bean + vine and work at the hot spot for guests and locals to congregate and caffeinate. Part-time and full-time positions are available with morning & afternoon/evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers, answer menu questions, and make suggestions.
• Take customer orders and payment.
• Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards.
• Serve prepared food items such as pastries, soups and sandwiches.
• Ensure customer service stations and refrigerators are well stocked.
• Dismantle and clean machinery as needed.
• Complete opening and closing duties for each shift.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area and comply with health, safety and hygiene guidelines and regulations.
