About The Position

Duties will include:
making a variety of coffee drinks & specialty beverages
directing team members on correct coffee beverage production
directing efficient workflow of the coffee bar to ensure customers are served in a timely manner
engaging with customers
Providing excellent customer service to customers including resolving problems and taking specialty orders
Assisting throughout the prepared foods departments and store as needed

Requirements

• min 1 year working with coffee products or Barista experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to project an outgoing, friendly personality
• Ability to work with customers and co-workers from various cultural backgrounds
• Regular, predictable attendance
• Self-motivation / direction
• The ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours a day, manual dexterity to use coffee equipment, bend, twist, and lift 45# repeatedly, 25#
• Fluent English is required for this customer-focused position.
