Position Summary The Cocktail Server provides exceptional guest service by taking drink orders, delivering beverages, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal role from September 1, 2025 and will end on January 1, 2026. This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00 and is tip eligible This position will remain open until January 1, 2026.

Requirements

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume setting
Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and courteously
Take and deliver beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate
Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverage offerings
Ensure all orders are served in compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking as needed
