The Cobrand Digital Performance Manager is responsible for the execution and performance of cobrand credit card placements across Alaska Airlines’ owned digital guest platforms, including alaskaair.com, hawaiianair.com, and the Alaska mobile app. This role manages the placement, optimization, and performance of card engagement pathways across digital surfaces, ensuring Alaska-controlled guest experiences effectively convert demand into approved card accounts. Working in close partnership with the Principal, Cobrand Acquisition & Lifecycle Strategy, cross-functional partners in E-Commerce, Product, UX, Marketing, and at Bank of America, this role supports the development and execution of the digital enhancement roadmap across Alaska-owned platforms. This individual is responsible for implementing placement strategies, managing testing initiatives, and optimizing digital engagement pathways to improve conversion and application flow effectiveness.
