Job Summary: Responsible for handling all aspects of COBRA Essential Functions: Daily contact with participants and clients for services provided Audit and disburse checks/payments from participants Track and ensure coverage is updated for online/check payments received Receive and reviewing elections for COBRA participants – notify Auxiant enrollment and outside carriers when first payment received Track COBRA payments on a monthly basis Provide excellent customer service to plan participants, HR contacts and account managers Enter pertinent data in the client database Process terminations from COBRA Process COBRA election paperwork to terminated employees Regularly deals with data of a confidential or sensitive nature where judgment and tact are required to maintain or disseminate it.
