Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Coated Operator to join our team at our South Sioux City, NE Milling location. A Loadout Lead is responsible for the overall operations of the loadout department and employees.

Requirements

Communicate effectively with others; able to read, write, and problem‑solve.
Basic computer skills for workplace tasks.
Physically capable of climbing ladders/platforms and lifting at least 50 lbs.
Flexible to work varying hours as required.

Responsibilities

Understand coated operations, processing, packaging systems, and product flow.
Safely and efficiently operate, monitor, troubleshoot, repair, and set up processing and packaging equipment.
Accurately stage supplies, batch ingredients, receive raw materials, perform inspections, stock rotation, and ship finished goods.
Perform quality testing, collect samples, analyze products, document results, and ensure compliance with specifications.
Follow all GMP, HACCP, CCP, sanitation, and food safety requirements; complete required documentation and inspections.
Operate forklifts, load/unload trailers, and handle stretch wrappers safely and efficiently.
Train new employees, support safety and production needs, assist with product changes, and complete assigned tasks as directed by management.
